Welcome to the Friends of LIGHT page. This space is here for those who have helped or would like to help LIGHT Entertainment Company better serve people in our community and to support the wonderful young people who comprise our casts. We invite you to partner with us; contributing as you can to their success; helping them be a positive voice, making our world a brighter place.
We are always in need of funding to pay our many expenses: Studio, choreographers and also to scholarship many of our young entertainers. The work that LIGHT Entertainment Company does each season is quite remarkable. Most amazing are the wonderful young people we have the opportunity to work with. They selflessly give of their time, efforts and money to help others and to inspire people to be their best.
If you would like to make a donation to help in any of these areas: Recording Studio, Dance Studio rent, Scholarshipping young people or to help support the great efforts of our professionals, who give so selflessly of their time and energy, we would appreciate it greatly.

Why Donate to LIGHT Entertainment?
Cast members are asked to raise money each year to help us meet our many objectives. You may contribute one time or choose to sponsor a cast member or two with a small contribution each month of: $10, $15 or $20. This small monthly contribution would go a long way to help them meet their goal. Your donation, through this website, registers you as a Friend of LIGHT.

Alumni and Friends: A Special Request
Alumni, remember when we use to jump from parking garage to parking garage, from church to tennis courts to dance studios and back to garages just to find a place to rehearse? It was difficult, but recall what you learned and how you grew as a part of this wonderful Company. We finally found a home at Stardust Dance Studio. It has been a true blessing to have a consistant place to go each rehearsal, to improve our talents.
Earnings from rentals of our studio have been used to pay the majority of LIGHT Entertainment Company's floor fees each month. We flooded this last year and lost our wood floor and many of our booked rentals and revenue in excess of $25,000. Those monies would have been used for our lease payments, helped us cover the cost of non budgeted items and cast members who, for various reasons, did not fulfill their financial pledge. We have done what we can to cover expenses but we are still needing some help.
Any amount that you might be willing to donate would be a great blessing to us. As an added incentive, when you contribute over $200 we will give you a copy of our latest Evening of Inspiration CD (it is so awesome) and a LIGHT Entertainment Company Alumni and Friends t-shirt.
