Tim is a certified instructor of the Vocal Toning Technique and an award winning Show Choir Director. His experience with developing youth groups is extensive as well as his career as an entertainer in elite college programs at the University of Arizona (Choraliers) and Brigham Young University (Synthesis). He performed with his own stage show (Wall Street) for many years as well as many other "bands", where he was the featured lead singer. He still continues to record and to perform today.

Marcus is a professional choreographer, set designer and singer. He has had an extensive history in the performing arts including positions as Director for the Phoenix Youth Theater and Founder & Artistic Director for the Actors Youth Theater in Mesa, AZ. He has also performed extensively in both college and community theater. He holds a BA, Theater Arts degree from Arizona State University.

Lauren has been a part of LIGHT Entertainment Company (LEC) since it's beginnings. She's been involved as a performer, choreographer, program planner,counselor and acting coach for summer workshops. Her training and experience span several years of summer workshops, dramatic productions and, most recently, a summer internship in Branson, MO working with the Duttons, finalists of America's Got Talent. She is also a trained vocal coach. She is currently serving in Birmingham, England as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
